Unable to connect

I'm having the same issues as well. I'm on an iPhone I Denmark and it makes no difference wether I use wifi or 4G. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but it makes no difference

A year and a half later, and I'm having this exact same issue on my android device... This still under investigation?
