Game won't load. Freezing at "loading Catina"

checking for updated during 10...15 minutes, than 10...15 minutes loading cantina, guild chat takes 10 minutes for posting, keep gettin gerrors.

tried restart android, restart game, reinstall game, ...

nothing works

Hiya,

Our team encountered a bug on 3/7 that was affecting players ability to log into the game. A Hotfix was pushed that has since corrected this issue, so you should be able to log in and access the game. If you continue to encounter issues, please close the app and reboot. Thanks!

So it was your fault we missed out on our payout times, so we missed better rewards. So what do you plan on doing about it?

well, it is nice that you "solved" it. only problem is that it is not solved....

tried restarting game, restarting tablet, reinstalling game.

sure, i can login to the game, it just takes about 15 -20 minutes of checking for updates and loading cantina.

and whenever i send a guild msg, it takes another 10 minutes of loading. and after 20 minutes playing, i have to login again for 15 minutes...

but like you said, i can "login" so the problem is "solved"

just in case you did not get it, the quotes are sarcasm...

if it might help, i'm using nexus 7 with android 6.0.1

and now it actually does not login at all anymore... tried for about 90 minutes, but still nothing

On Wifi I get "There is an error with your connection". On data it just doesnt load

I get the same "Connection Error" message...    I use a Android phone primary.I have Bluestacks on my PC and I get the same result there.

I started playing the game on an IPad Mini,   And linked the accounts last year.    The Mini is way underpowered, currently it crashes while downloading assets, but it does connect.

I have the same issue, game directly says problem with my connection while it hasn't even started to launch.
Bad timing with fleet payout hour ...

Same here, no dice with either wifi or data.
