Can't claim EL-16HFE Target Practice Reward - Greyed Out

How long has this been going on for? One month? Two?

The progression system is unrewarding enough as it is, but for a bug to take away the only aspect of that progression that isn't RNG based is intolerable.

I have this bug on multiple weapon unlocks now and it's taking away my desire to play. That EA have failed to fix this after so long really doesn't reflect well on their attitude towards their customers.After all the controversy this game has generated because of the loot boxes you would think they would be doing everything they can to elicit some goodwill from the gaming community.

i too have this problem with 200 assault kills milestone and back nothing shall hold you milestone

Yes I cant believe this. When this issue happened to me yesterday, I thought it was a recent problem and maybe in one or two days it might be fixed, at least in a week or two. But I see that some people have more than a entirely month or even more with this problem, EA have to solve this QUICKLY, we cant wait 2 month for every bug fix what kind of company does that? Its incredible.

PS4 and could claim as recently as Saturday.  As of noon central today I'm now unable to redeem milestones as well.  Completed Avenge Our Emperor and it's stuck

@EA_David thanks for finally getting to us on the issue. Do we have an ETA?
As for completing another milestone, I think I now have 13 stuck, so anyone who are unsticking theirs have just come by a lucky coincidence
