Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

What happens when the bug occurs? "Claim rewards" is greyed out but I cannot select it

It seems all milestone rewards are bugging. Including Crate Rewards.

I'm having similar problems too, one in the Han Solo Hero reward and one for an upgrade for the Assault Trooper gun

Summarize your bug I have been unable to collect the rewards for some of my completed challenges; namely:

Multiplayer - The Defender
Multiplayer - Cover Your Back

Troopers - NT-242 Training Session

For the multiplayer ones the main screen says 23/27 but in that folder it says 25/26 but won’t let me collect the reward.

This has been going on for days - I have just been trying to work out what my EA ID is linked to the ps4

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account. I also notice other people have posted similar issues on other platforms.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t collect the rewards for my completed achievements. I get the message while playing Inhave completed the ‘quest’ but don’t see a yellow tab to alert me to collect when returning to main screen after completing the match and the option to collect is greyed out despite the bar for completion indicating it is complete.
What do you expect to see? I would like to get my double zoom for the long range sniper blaster I have been working to get for a while and would like to know I am only one away from the choker emote

‌Happy to provide other information if required. I do play on two separate ps4 systems but haven’t done so since this issue started. I have tried fully exiting out of the game and re-entering but nothing seems to allow me to collect the rewards I have worked hard to complete.

I’m on PS4 and having this issue with multiple milestones.
Heroes- Shock Wave
Troopers- dc-15le sharpshooter and fwmb-10k training session.
I’ve tried closing the game and the PS4 multiple times. It’s now been over two days and I still can not claim the rewards. Newly completed milestones allow me to claim but these ones are still stuck.

Timed challenge content is also not loading for me now. Getting very annoyed with the bugs in this game.

So.... Is the patch out already? It's almost februry, I bought the game a couple of days ago and was able to claim some rewards, but now, i cant claim a single one, i have arround 3 or 4 rewards that cant claim!! Plz help!

I just got this problem on the Se44C weapon's first milestone. Cannot get it. Stays locked at full. Slightly annoying but whatever. I hope there is a fix.
