Unable to attack in squad arena [ Edited ]

Ever since the update when I go into Arena Battles, if someone ends up being revived from Old Daka the game glitches out and the buttons to pick which attack to do next disappears. I didn't think much of it the first time it happened, but after having it happen 4 times its starting to * me off. Because now I am losing rank because I cannot move forward due to not finishing battles from attacks.
