Unable to Search for Club/ Club members are unable to search for me

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Attempting to search for a club

How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Searching for a club does not show the club name. I was previously a mmeber of a club name SPARTA tag [SPAR] After leaving the club to do some tests with the club feature i was no longer able to join the club. When searching the club through multiple variables the club never appears. Current club members including owner is not able to locate my name when searching to invite in the club as well. We are both east coast and both play on the same server on which the club was created.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to locate the club using the search function and my club mates should be able to locate me when searching for my name.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not entirely sure, except that this seems to be fairly common, but havent heard of a fix.
