Summarize your bug I joined the Grand Arena event but now I'm unable to access it. It says "No Active Event". I normally wouldn't post about something like this, but I've spent a fair amount of cash and in-game resources in preparation for the event, so I'm feeling a bit cheated now that I can't access it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

@richierich156830 Hi there, I checked your account and our records show you didn't join the current GAC event. The last sign up for GAC you have is on the 20th of April. Sorry about that.
