What happens when the bug occurs? It shows the crowd and the field over and over again

Hey there. Sorry to hear about that experience and hope it didn't happen again for you since then. We unfortunately can't make any changes to the results but I want to make sure we cover our bases by ruling out a hardware issue. Do you know how to power cycle the console? That can help prevent game crashes.
