Can't get past the Loading Screen/Error

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug I put Ultimate Team but it's the whole game for me. When I try to launch the game, an error message pops up during the loading screen. It says "We are currently unable to process your content, but will continue trying. Please contact EA customer support if this persists" and then the loading stays on . This has been going on for two weeks now. I've tried all the troubleshooting solutions and it still doesn't work. I was able to connect to Madden 21 on a different PSN account so I know it's just an issue with my main account. I also get the message "Your account has been denied access to this feature. Please contact customer service for more information" on the Madden Companion App for Ultimate Team and Franchise.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. I just get an error message every time I try to load in.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't access the game.
What do you expect to see? The ability to get on Madden 21 and continue playing.

Summarize your bug I am unable to even load up my game, in loading bar screen I receive error message - "Error, We are currently unable to process your content, but will continue trying. Please contact EA customer support if this persists."
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? The screen continues moving but no process is made in loading bar
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game modes page but it is unable to make it there.
