Summarize your bug Can’t load into ultimate team and my WiFi is perfectly fine tried restarting the game and it won’t work
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The same stuff it won’t let me sign int to ultimate team
What happens when the bug occurs? Won’t let me load up stuff on madden
What do you expect to see? Fix the bug

Hi there, @Jaccobie.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
