Summarize your bug Summarize your bug When I select "Ultimate Team" from the initial Madden 24 menu, I get a loading screen for around thirty seconds. Unfortunately, Ultimate Team never loads. Instead, I get a screen that says, "ERROR - Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." What do you expect to see? ‌ Originally, I encountered this bug on February 6th. It occurred regularly until last week. Last week, the game played great, but now the bug is back. The below is pasted from one of my past reports, just in case what I am experiencing now is the exact same issue that was solved last week: Strangely, I sometimes (1 out of 20 tries, but only at a certain time of day) can enter Ultimate Team and play. Ultimate Team occasionally seems to work for a few hours at a time between 6 P.M. and 8 P.M. Pacific Time. Sometimes I start playing, then get kicked back out to the Main Menu and am unable to resume playing. If I play for awhile, then shut down Madden 24, Ultimate Team will not be accessible when I boot up the game the next time. Thank you!

I can't complete Week 7 Deion Sanders and Week 10 Derrick Brooks ultimate team challenges. I keep getting ERROR...Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Try again later.

I've tried restarting the game to no avail. Can anyone help with this problem? I'm only a few coins away from getting my free Ultimate Legend player and I can't get do to this problem. Can someone please help?

I can play everything online, EXCEPT play a friend. at some point i retired even to use my new players, but when i try to lock in my line up it tells me “our servers cannot process your request at this time”.

Thanks for letting us know what your running into with Madden 24. 

When you have a moment could we give the following a try?

• Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
• Verify you signed into your PSN account
• Check for updates 
• Restore Licence
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Open your PS5 NAT Type
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
• Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
