Ultimate Team Error - Servers cant process your request

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? XBOX One X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Touchdownalves
Date/time issue occurred 10/01/2019
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Seasons
Summarize your bug Every time I try to play a friend in head to head on ultimate team and I get a error message saying our services cant process your request to try again later
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Head to head play a friend
What happens when the bug occurs? It boots me to the main menu
What do you expect to see? This bug to be fixed

I try to go head to head and play a friend and when I try to lock my team it boots me

Hey there!

 

Can you both try visiting your roster in MUT and change it to best OVR with the lineup tool to see if that fixes it? If not, revisit your roster and tab over to the Team Visuals tab and swap out your jerseys for a standard team jersey (different one if you already have a standard one equipped). What happens is that some item combinations can cause corruption which leads to this error, so by refreshing the team lineup with the best OVR and Team Visuals tab that can fix this. The team is aware of this error and we apologize for any frustration it might have led to.
