Summarize your bug The latest update got rid of my Ultimate Energy that I had earned to play for my next Ultimate Mat. It also says I don’t qualify for the event anymore.

Same problem for me. Can't access the event no more and just did my refreshes and wondered why I didn't get any tickets... I should have checked first

Summarize your bug The latest update makes Ultimate Energy disappear. It also says I don’t qualify for the event anymore. The remaining energy still enough and allow me to enter tier 1 or 2, but i cannot farm any more and cannot see it. I am qualified and already have 155/330 shards. after restart game it became normal.

We've checked your account and you still have 54 Light Side currency available. Did you already do a full restart of the game? That usually syncs everything correctly with our server data.
