Missing Vuvuzela trophy [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Never got it. I did all GF events a lots of times, also the talent show. I reached all top carriers.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What do you expect to see? To receive the trophy
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Not sure if it's a bug but if it isn't let me know how i can get it.

After looking into it further, it looks like it's the Bronze level reward for the Lampoon Party.  Did you still get the toilet trophy from Bronze level?

That's the annoying airhorn accolade - from what I've read on the sims forums, it's being recognized for being the loudest amongst their peers when volume is needed. So, perhaps giving successful speeches, doing activist things, etc., maybe with having the fame perk where the sim can give inspirational rallies? (Just spitballing here, I've not achieved the trophy in the game yet, though haven't really tried).

I saw the object description in buy mode, unlocked it with cheat hidden objects. Anyway i don't like to get the item using cheats. I would like to know how is possible to get it in the game. I was thinking  that maybe it could be a  reward from the talent show. But the only thing that happen in this event is an announcement like "we are sorry for all people that didn't partecipate. will be for next time".

Please @crinrict  can you check if it's a bug? Seem nobody ever seen it in the game.

I've been told that this trophy can be obtained by the Sim having a bad reputation, and then throwing a lampoon party.

The rewards that i received for any Lampoon Party (Festa del ridicolo in italian language) is a Toilet.
