UNABLE TO Launch the game

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPhone 7
OS Version 11.4.1

What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I am unable to log into the game for the last two hours. The game is stuck at the ‘checking updates’ stage and gives me an error ‘there’s an error with your connection. Try Again’. My mobile internet is working fine (LTE) but am still unable to launch the game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Yes I am able to connect via WiFi.  Still unable to connect via mobile internet. I have already forced closed/ restarted my phone once but the issue still persists.

Since you can connect via WiFi the issue is most likely related to your mobile connection. You may want to check with your provider.
