UFC4 Player Hub Error

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Every time

Summarize your bug Opening player hub gives “error invalid process” have never had access to this feature Accepting rewards for completed challenges gives me “error invalid process” if the reward is something other than coins and xp Cannot leave challenges screen once a reward has been claimed, have to shut down game and reboot to get to main menu.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? That would depend if the issue is effecting everyone or just me but opening player hub would be easiest
What happens when the bug occurs? “ Error. Invalid Process. “ appears on screen
What do you expect to see? I assume the player hub? But have never seen it
Is this an error that can be corrected either on my end or EA’s? If not will a refund be available to those affected?
Can you try changing your Gamertag profile picture back to a Xbox default one and then power cycle your console to see if that fixes it for you?
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
