UFC 5 Trial 5 Hour Bug

What area of the service are you experiencing an issue with? Game Issue
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have 5 hours left on my UFC 5 trial but the game says my trial has expired when it hasn't.

When I first open the game, my Xbox says I have 5 hours left on the free trial, but the game says my trial has expired when I know it hasn't. I fully exited out of the game last night with 5 hours left, I open the game this morning and it says my trial had expired when I know it hasn't. This is something that NEEDS to be fixed, I did NOT pay $66 for this game to be broken like this.

We've just pushed an update that should help address this situation.

 

For those who saw the trial end earlier than expected, please restart your console and check again to make sure you're able to continue.

I have been playing UFC 5 EA play free trial for a few hours now and all of a sudden, I reached something that said my trail ran out even though when I start it up it says I have less than 5 hours. IMG-0904.jpgIMG-0903.jpg

Same issue. I had a chat with support and they tried to say it’s on Xbox’s end but will be doing everything in their power to get to the bottom of this matter. This is also known as they don’t care and won’t do anything to fix their error.

Same problem, got 5 hours letf but can't access it because my time it's "supposably" finished. That's not right and other people have the same issue, and can't have any support or help... It'll be nice to get some support to have acces to the 5 hours letf.

Tried to do this but it just says select platform and the option is broken so it won't let me talk to anyone. How can I speak to an advisor if you're system is broken. Followed the troubleshooting and it doesn't work.

Same problem. Cant contact anyone at EA because the select console link is broken on their website. Even bought the game and still cant play cuz off this 5 hour trial error screen. Not able to contact anyone to resolve so just bought an unplayable game.

Hey folks,

 

Thank you for the posts reporting these issues with the trial length.

 

It's good to double-check that you're fully shutting down the console after finishing your playtime rather than using any features like Quick Resume, as that can sometimes cause the trial time to continue counting down.

 

With that said, based on these reports it certainly sounds like something else may be going on, and we're currently looking into this further. If we have any other updates we'll share them here, thanks for hanging in there in the meantime!

UFC trial issues

I don’t know if the OP deleted his post or if EA did however I’m reposting. Major issues with the trial and numerous people having the same experience as me. Go to play and the screen says less then 5 hrs remaining so you start the game and it then says time has expired. I have had multiple conversations with both EA and Xbox about the issue and still nothing has been resolved. Accountability is an important aspect of a company and it is severely lacking.
