Summarize your bug it definetly happen, just be killed in the boss fight scene then respawn , u will see u get Hugh damage when getting inside the boss arena , u can be killed if one didn't open the door fast enough and get into the arena, then u may die in the air if the damage is taken too high when u just open the door but not enough quick into the arena . this bug have been long time ago
