Twitch drops claimed, not showing up

It's been weeks and I have yet to receive any twitch drops from the loading screens. Yes I have the correct EA account linked because I claim the prime loot every time. I went on the Discord server to ask for help and no one responded. I also emailed twitch about it and they told me to ask the developers.

(Before anyone asks, yes I made sure I claimed the rewards. There's a tick below them)

If you still aren't seeing the rewards I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look.
