Skin just gone but i have Prime Subscription

I was speaking on live chat with some of customer support agents, they said that alot of players are having this issue (same for me) and that are trying their best to fix this.

For some reason my Pathfinder Twitch Prime skin has disappeared. Can anyone help me out?

yeah my pathfinder skin is gone too, im on PC and i noticed 6/11/19, i have not unsubscribed from amazon prime either.

Apparently lots of players are missing skins, or not even getting the rewards for the skins.. The developers don't know why either.
