How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for Machino and Nifty Knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to work as a scientist, complete work and game crashes to desktop.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims can't return home in the science career.
What do you expect to see? Sim in science career return home from work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@Sid1701d9Is the sim alone at home, or there's more of them? can you change the gameplay to another sim, and make him leave work early? Also, it should help if you can roll back a save, by clicking "load game" at the main menu and the floppy disk icon below, then load an earlier game.
