So if you have more than one Sim in your household and they are currently on the lot it crashes ?

Can't say if it's a bug or has something to do with memory overload, so please make your own thread here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/bd-p/The-Sims-4

Posting your specs.

This also happened to me while trying to move in my sims boyfriend. Evicting the family didn't work either, constant crashes to origin. Tried both move in and manage households. Tried to repair origin. Only way to make it work was to sacrifice relationship and upload boyfriend to gallery and merge with household. That worked. Happy to provide any information but my computer is built for gaming with 16 ram so struggle to see how it is a memory issue.

Thanks for doing this crinrict. If you think this is a bug, it's great to have it reported.

@cherpar cause I think there's an issue with memory. Can you check how high RAM usage spikes for you when you do that (task manager9

Hi Crinrict

There was a memory increase, I've a picture posted of it below.  It was the second spike, just before it reduces when the sims 4 crashes to desktop.

Not sure if the photo will post on this site, but hopefully you can see it through the link.

when the game was loaded, total memory (for everything was at) 3.56.  the spike was about a quarter to half of a grid.  when the game exited, ram was 2.25.

Let me know if I can provide anything further.

Doesn't sound like a memory crash although in my opinion that is way too high.

Thanks Crinrict. It seems limited to my 5 gen save, with moving for new vanilla game ok. Maybe relates to memory for five gen save. Anyways thanks for looking at.

I would suggest posting in the general forum. I really don't know. It's not that big.
