Tranfer Budget shows negative value after crossing £2,000 M sum

Which part of the mode? Career mode - manager
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Earn and cross the transfer budget beyond 2 Billion (£ 2,103.24M in my case)
What happens when the bug occurs? starts showing negative value TRANSFER BUDGET = - £ 2,103.4 M Then I can not sign any player. Says NOT ENOUGH FUND. (attached picture) If i try to adjust the Transfer Budget / Wage SLIDER, it goes to £ 0
What should be happening instead? Well, lets not get started over here now.
