Townies age too fast

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.66
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all expect some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Random npc sims seem to age faster. I saw this one from a relationship tab
What happens when the bug occurs? Townie aged too fast
What do you expect to see? Townies not to age too fast and same rate as my own sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I only have this one screenshot. As you can see my sim has a crush on this townie (and my sim is still a teen, they went to a prom not long ago). But suddenly her boyfriend is an adult? I play on normal lifespan. I'd expect him to be young adult, but not on adult age yet.
