Towel & shower outfit has random makeup & Clothes

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find the bug by presetting the towel and shower outfit to no makeup and no accessories
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims has random makeup in the shower and clothes on with the towel outfit
What do you expect to see? I expect you to preset all shower & towel outfits to no clothes and no makeup
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

As for the towel, that's an older bug that was fixed a while ago but still happens for some existing Sims that already had the issue so do you see it on a Sim you downloaded or newly created ?
