Toddler is invisible

Can you guys that use iPhones /pads clear cache on apps?

My toddler didn't come back by restarting my phone, only when I forced the app to stop and clear the cache.

Could you share some more information with us, @arraks1 @goofygirl88? 

Please, open the right menu in the game, and in the Help & About section press About button. This will open a screen where the version of your game and player ID are visible. Could you take a screenshot of that and attach it to your answer?

Also, please, let us know which device you are using (iOS or Android).

yay! after I close the apps and re open.. my toddler is back.

I can see my toddler again.

I did a force stop of the app, then restarted my phone.

This happened to me until they both suddenly vanished and never came back

Thank you, whatever you did or didn’t do it got solved after 8hours of sleep. 

Well, to be honest with shutting down all programs on the iPad, so nothing was running in the background, restarting of the iPad and then sleep. :eahigh_file:
