Toddler, Pet, and Restaurant Bugs

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.48.94.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bug 1. Try to read toddler to sleep/put toddler to bed Bug 2. Make a friend and have them invite you to a restaurant Bug 3. Take a pet to the vet to get spayed/unspayed neutered/unneutered.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bug 1. Action dismisses itself/Sim will act as though it cannot reach the toddler bed even when there is nothing blocking the area. Bug 2. Sim gets invited to (ex.) Hogan's Burger Bar. If the Sim agrees to the invitation, they wind up at a different restaurant entirely (ex.), Chez Llama Bug 3. Game acts as though the procedure is happening, but the machine just spits the pet right back out and doesn't change whether or not the pet is fixed.
What do you expect to see? Bug 1. Being able to read to/put my toddler to bed Bug 2. Arrive at the restaurant I was invited to. Bug 3. Have the vet actually fix my pets.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the second most recent patch, these issues appeared.

Bug 1. Even when the area around a toddler bed is completely clear and after debugging the object several times and fixing my game from the Origin browser, my Sims cannot read their toddlers to sleep or put them to bed. They act as though they cannot reach the bed.

Bug 2. Every time a Sim is invited out to eat, the restaurant that loads when the invitation is accepted isn't the one that was mentioned in the invitation. For example, my Sim will get invited to Sunny Side Up Diner and the game will load Villa Bovine instead. 

Bug 3. The procedure for fixing/unfixing pets doesn't complete itself. It spits the pet out of the machine that does the procedure and the procedure isn't read.
