How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I changed my daily refresh after day light savings time. When I did so, there was an already selected time corresponding to the previous refresh. I wanted the refresh to be 2 hours earlier so I changed it to 2 hours before that selected time. The actual refresh is only 1 hour earlier because of day light savings. Please either move my refresh to one hour earlier, or give me an additional time zone change so I can do it myself.
