"Elastic" Time/Sims Stuck in Loop

Hi there !

i'm living in France and we are plenty of gamers who have the same f******  bug . I tried everything ( erasing some file, reboot ...) but it's still not working properly ... Is there anybody who can fix the bug ?

Are you using mods and cc in your game ? What are your specs ?

No, im not using mods or anything..
And my computer is not the problem, couse can play every game in ultra graphics no problems.

It could be any number of programs interfering and if you're not willing to share your specs that's fine but I won't be able to help you with that.

Did a post about this for some days ago, but maybe you dident understand what l mean.

I got a video now so u can understand. . 

The problem is, the clock is still running but my players get freezed and l cant tell them to do something, everytime is freezed. (but l can move around but not click "read book" etc it dosent pop up...

Video 1. You see the time is 10.03 and everything is freezed but the clock is still running after some sec its go back to normal time 08.49
This sucks really hard..

Take this serious, couse this bugg is so **bleep** boring ;(
IF you want to know my PC info: here

1. I got REAL sims 4 ( no fake )
2. I got 400GB free space left on both drivers

Windows 7 ultimate 64bit
Intel core i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30Ghz 8,0GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series

in "prestanda test"  i got ..

7,8/10  in processor, RAM, graffic, game graffic and harddriver so its not problem with my computer, more people MOST have this bugg..

No reason to make a new thread so I merged with your old one.

This probelm existed in Sims 3 too for some and the bug forum is mostly for reporting gameplay issues. Problems that need analyzing are better of in the general forum that's why I moved it here.

 Hopefully someone else can help you further with this.

Okay, but can not you just send this to the people coding sims ? Since this is the extremely annoying problem, and I do not think the public has any solution to your Sim's bugs ? This can only be fixed out of the encoders , you must be better at making small patches and fix problems faster ..

And if you cant do it, where can l get email or something to report this bugg to them so they can fix it?

You can try them on twitter or by posting on their pages on thesims forum. I don't work for EA.

Are your drivers updated ? Do you only have the issue on your existing game or also if you start a new game ?

My Drivers is updated yes, and yes the problem is on every new game l start.
Im not alone to this problem, l read more have it on swedish sims forum

Do you have any programs running in the background ? How much RAM does the game use while it's running on Speed 3 ?
