High time nudge and high CFT

I have multiple friends with the same issue and this fix didn't work for them

Broken again - 

I was gone for a week, logged back in, BF2042 'auto updated' with a new patch, and now the TimeNudge is back. 

If on foot, I am now getting 700-1500ms of TimeNudge.

If in a vehicle, it is around 40ms. 

I reset everything to default, redid the C++ patches, re-checked all my drivers - its back to being unplayable.

@MisaHayaseMacros I’ve been getting it since S3 as well. AMD 5800x (runs about 54% usage), ROG 3060ti (default OC on), 32 GB of 3600mhz (unlocked in Bios) GSkill Trident Silver RAM, Aorus Pro B550. Playing in 1080p at 60hz so that’s not taxing. Been playing since 1942 (not on this rig of course). Survived the netcode of BF3 I get TN of over 350 sometimes, other servers not at all. Other games run like butter, although 2042 is the newest one I’m playing. I bet Star Wars Fallen Jedi II will run like a champ. The only bottleneck in my system is 2042.
