Tie Reaper removing both capital ships turn meter

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug The tie reaper's capital ship turn removal is bugged. When i kill an enemy ship while the Tie Reaper is active, both capital ships lose turn meter. Shouldn't it just be the enemy ship that loses turn meter?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the tie reaper

It seems silly, but if your enemy has a Reaper, the Ability reads when ANY ship is defeated and thus your Capital ship loses turn meter as well.  I would agree though, that the ability should be re-worded\changed to be "The enemy Capital Ship loses X% Turn Meter whenever any Enemy ship is defeated.

I would say that any ship defeated is the proper, intended trigger but the effect should not affect your capital ship, only the enemy's should be affected.... as worded.
