Summarize your bug Tides of war forward progress resets after every match. I've completed the revive challenge(10 revives with the syringe) as well as the spotting challenge(spot 15 enemies with the spotting scope) both have popped up as complete, and then reset as soon as the match ends.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? All tides of war forward progress resets to the previous challenge
What should be happening instead? I should be progressing through the other challenges

I've have the same problem, completed all but 'look up' last night, came on today got 4 kills with a JB2 and nothing, check it after match on the progress screen and it's saying I've not completed any but tried to do them again and nothing registers. They are showing as orange but no orange lines connecting them

Seems to be a common problem on all platforms. Mine was stuck on buddy revived for 2 days. Finally just kept quitting servers and joining until it started working again. Not so easy to do this with the JB2/V1 challenge unfortunately.,

Same for me I should have completed all of them for this week plus a couple of others nothing was tracking tonight. Also keep getting stuck in the quit screen.
