Three different issues with Sims4 on PS4

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.26.54.4400 (64 Bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and dogs, get to work, seasons, city living, realm of magic, jungle adventure, dine out, my first pet stuff, spooky stuff, cool kitchen stuff, holiday celebration pack, grim’s ghoulish guitar.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure what starts either of the issues.
What happens when the bug occurs? Currently have a few issues: 1. Cats and dogs both go missing, sometimes status reads as null or they are in completely different household in different world. 2. Cannot load families error code: 134:c8640a95:5aee4535 3. Sims keeps freezing when speed up time. Have to pause to make it restart sim.
What do you expect to see? Animals not disappearing and game loading correctly. Actually being able to load my families and not having the sims freeze!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Compulsory PS4 update on 05/06/20. Also recently bought and downloaded from PlayStation store cats and dogs bundle with my first pets stuff.

Hi @tiffinln, 

Thank you for sharing these. May I ask if you have tried the following already?

• Repairing the game: Open Origin > Library > click on TS4 > click the cog wheel next to the "Play" button > select "Repair game"
  Please wait all packs are repaired, too, not only the base game.
• Clearing the Origin cache.

If those steps haven't helped, please check this thread, "Compiled list of reported issues", as well as the boards search function to see if there is already an active thread on your individual issues. If not, please go ahead and create a new bug reports - one report for each specific bug - vs a bug report for all bugs your experiencing. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant info. 

I'll lock this thread in the meantime.
