This bug breaks the arena game on phase runner [ Edited ]

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Phase runner, left most portal, (bug occured within rock directly under portal)
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I can't remember

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? A player can clip into a rock right under the left-most portal on the phase runner arena map. When clipped in, one can clearly see outside the rock. The rock, however, although allowing people to clip in and out of it, is impenetrable to bullets, meaning one can strafe in and out of the rock and shoot at people outside, and basically use it as an invincible Gibby bubble. Also, when inside the rock, although you can see everyone outside, no one can see you in it, making it even more broken.
What should be happening instead? The rock should not allow people to clip into it at any time within the game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into an arena game on the phase runner map and try and spawn in the spawn room where the portal is on your left. Go through it then immediately turn around so you are facing the portal you just came out of, then look to your left and walk into the rock.
