@EA_David I CAN CONFIRM that disconnecting from the internet solved the problem for me. It was non stop crashing, I couldnt even get into the campaign, now it seems to be fine since i disablea the internet connection on my PS4.

It's certainly an odd workaround but hopefully it's helpful for now.

I have this problem only in campaign. I have played multiplayer and frontier defense without any problem.

Just found out the issue is with the Origin in-game overlay. The overlay may be disabled from Origin settings.

Hi some people have found that the following steps might help if they're getting the game logic error. 

1: When the map finishes loading, wait about 30 seconds before pressing the prompted button to continue. 

2: If you've just finished a multiplayer session, restart the game before trying campaign. 

3: Try going offline then try to play the campaign again.
