Hey there,
Encountered the same problem myself with two friends who did get the badge, but I didn't. I've got a screenshot of winning the game with my two friends, and there I am without the badge. I have also attached a screenshot that shows that one of my friends, SunnySloth, does have the badge. I have seen Corynthia has the badge too, but don't have a screenshot right now. They were both granted the badge after that game concluded while I wasn't. It occurred on Sunday, the 29th of September, 2019, at roughly 01:15 BST. We all stayed until the results screen popped up.

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, just the badge is not unlocking.
What should be happening instead? I should have the no witnesses badge

I did it multiple times, but it still didn't unlock. I even did twice the amount of kills to be sure. I'm aware that nobody your team downs is ever revived or respawned. I have attached a couple of screenshots.

What happens when the bug occurs? After fulfilling the requirements to get the Double Duty Badge its not unlocking. This has happened with at least 5 different Legends.
What should be happening instead? The badge should be awarded after meeting the requirements attached to it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As requested by EA Help, https://youtu.be/YF8-mx-cTYg, a link to 'proof' that this is happening. Ive also had issues with the JumpMaster badge which a lot of other people had, and that sorted itself out so maybe implement the same for Double Duty as you did on JumpMaster and the others that players are having issues with.
