The game will not let me hit profile level 50, stuck at 49 with 398,000/398,000

Summarize your bug My profile level for Madden 22 is locked at level 49, saying I already have 398,000/398,000 as my xp but I'm still 8,000 away from level 50. Anytime I complete a daily objective it doesn't add to this total, and instead the visual that shows is that it removes the amount of xp I would have earned, and puts it back to needing 8,000 for level 50.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Anytime I complete a daily objective it doesn't add to this total, and instead the visual that shows is that it removes the amount of xp I would have earned, and puts it back to needing 8,000 for level 50.
What do you expect to see? To be able to hit level 50 to unlock the level 50 helmet and mouthpiece just to showoff being level 50.

The same is the case with me on the PS4 pro, but with the exception of 398.100 / 398.000 xp being displayed and I have 9.900 xp to the next rank. Anytime I complete a daily objective it doesn't add to this total so that I'm still at 398.100 xp and have stayed at level 49 ever since, and have been for quite a while!

Summarize your bug For months, I have been stuck on Level 49 in the Maddne Rank Progress and Rewards. I frequently see a screen that awards R points but my total of 398000/398000 never changes and I remain stuck on Level 49, not reaching level 50.

What happens when the bug occurs? Madden Rank & Reward Level stays on Level 49, even after showing the award of more R points.
What do you expect to see? A game that works properly.

Do you also play Madden Mobile? Curious if you head over to that and check your profile and the swap back over to Madden 22 on console will re-sync both accounts to fix this.
