The Sims 4: Lots with objects not being able to be purchased furnished.

I had a family that i wanted to purchase a house i was in manage words but when i went to click one of the starter homes to purchase furnished was grayed out so i went onto the lot, it had all the objects on it so i tried again but still the furnished option was grayed out.

You said on twitter you're using freerealestate to purchase.

Could you try cheating enough money to buy the house without that freerealestate cheat to see if it's an issue with the cheat ?
