Custom pronoun not applying - City Living Notifications [ Edited ]

Pronouns should be They/Them - the game is using She/Her. I've noticed that sometimes if I take my Sim into CAS the pronouns will fix themselves in the same notification that was initially wrong.

This instance was after my Sim ate a City Living food for the first time.
