Territory wars cancelled?

I signed up for territory wars, we had enough players to start it but when it started, myself and at least one other player were omitted from the war.

Thanks for looking at this. I absolutely did sign up and I was actively getting other members to get signed up along with me. If you have access to guild chat you will hopefully be able to see this.
