How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Our opponents in Territory Battles were given more defensive teams per area than we were. We have only 18 allowed while they were allowed 21. Gave them a 600 point advantage to start out with while we have to defeat more teams to get conquer points!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dunno, check screenshots or code maybe?

Noticed this as soon as we started that we were WAY behind looked closer and found that the team differential was pretty vast. Checked reddit and found we're not only ones so came to post a bug report.
