Summarize your bug My guild recently finished a Territory War (within the last 24 hours). So far none of the 37 guild participants have received any rewards. A Territory Battle for the guild commenced around the same time the review stage of the Territory War concluded.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Uncertain.

It's possible a game update is interfering with reward delivery.

We've checked your account and you received the rewards for the Territory War on 04/15/2020, 9:30 pm GMT+1.

As for your guild members, apart from 1 member who wasn't eligible, all of them except one member, have now claimed their Territory War rewards, according to our logs.

Appreciate the prompt response. I've re-polled the guild members who participated in the Territory War. Some now say they've since received rewards, while others are certain they have not (including me). Given the conflicting outcomes across the guild, I don't think there's much that can be done about the issue, as the rewards mechanism has at least worked to some extent. Thanks for looking into it.
