Summarize your bug Territory War lock didn't take into account my upgrades. I did G12 to ST Han and G13 to Shaak Ti a few hours before TW Start. I left the TW and rejoined per the instructions. I have screen shots of guild chat showing the upgrades, and the
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sign up for a TW. Upgrade characters. Leave TW. Rejoin. When TW starts, characters are left at previous levels.

I *never* joined TW to leave and rejoin but my last hour upgrades did not take. I just got off the phone with EA cust service and after doing some trouble shooting they *think* it's a visual bug only. That the toon power level is correct in game, it just looks weaker. Not buying this but that's what they said. Asked me to log a bug which I will but I'm def a +1 to your log
