Never received, Ea Help said they cannot reimburse event rewards, after taking 3 months to resolve case. Have screenshots of ea help conversation

I think the devs/community have given up on this problem.  Maybe we should raise the issue with Disney to get some results; they don't take kindly to things that make their IP look bad.

months have passed. it is obviously speculated that we give up.
I still do not have over 4000 tokens from the territorial battle that ended on 29 november.
@kozispoon: are you still working on this problem?
would it be possible to comment here?

I’m Magic HK guild leader. I’m make sure that I remove my mate Ally ID 686-284-734 at 29-10-2018 after TB completed , at 1:15(UTC+8) at HongKong time zone. I make sure I received the rewards. But EA claimed that he removed before TB completed. That’s not true. Hope EA can check the server again and send rewards to my mates even they are out. Thanks.
