I am one of the few players who have still not received my TB rewards even after the fix was released on 11/30. I've contacted support three times (only two of which got returned). The last time was on 12/5 and I was told that my case had been escalated to a team of specialists. Two of which have responded saying they have no idea when I'll get my rewards and one asked me to post on the Bug Forums. The last time I submitted a claim, I uploaded a photo of the rewards that one of my guild mates sent via discord to hopefully make it easier to move the process along, but still nothing. It has been nearly two weeks since the first DS TB ended so this is becoming a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for rewards. Also, as a long-time player of this game from the beginning I know CG usually compensates its players for issues like this, but since this issue seems to be drawn out much longer than most is there anyway we can be compensated with more than the usual 500 crystals? 500 crystals used to be a lot back in the day but now not so much, what about some Guild Event Store Currency/Wampa or Hermit Yoda Shards in addition to the crystals since the currency was a part of the TB rewards and we have essentially been unable to buy anything out of the store since the TBs are the main way to acquiring currency.
