Teen Gets Woohoo in a Bush Whim

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.38.184.3400
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a teen sim. I don't know if this triggers without a sim having "fooled around" with another teen.
What happens when the bug occurs? The teen sim gets a whim to Woohoo in the bush
What do you expect to see? Teen sims don't woohoo.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
