Summarize your bug: In Tech kit, his special 2 "Brilliant idea" allows him to stun characters who have been already dazed (for example by Echo) and this is well explained in English. But in the French version, the text written is :"Inflige des dégâts spéciaux à tous les ennemis, ainsi que l'étourdissement pendant 1 tour aux ennemis qui sont étourdis ou verrouillés", basically meaning the ability can stun enemies who have already been stunned. The text then requires to be fixed.
