Is there a way to report players for teaming in ones? I can send a video of a clear indication of the green player and blue player teaming so they can win.

Ones is basically a free-for-all mode, so we do not enforce users to play against each other.  Users can play however they like.

I always pass to the other guy to tie the game up when I'm down by a goal or two. Sometimes my buddy and I will match up and spend most of the time hitting people - absolute free for all and they won't do anything about it so I suggest you also use these underhanded tactics to your advantage
