Summarize your bug You can move your tank forward before the match begins. All you have to do is, while pushing forward (W), move left and right. This'll move your tank effectively forward. It doesn't have an impact on the game, but if you're meant to be immobile at the beginning of a match, it isn't the case for the tank.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At the beginning of a match before the round starts, get in a tank and deploy. While pressing and holding the forward (W) key, move left and right.
What happens when the bug occurs? Your tank will move forward.
What should be happening instead? You shouldn't be able to move out of your spawn position at the beginning of a round.

I discovered the same bug. Here is some video footage:

This bug is even worse than I originally thought. You can actually move the tank backwards and turn left and right. Only the forward key is locked! That means that before the match begins, you'll have up to 1 whole minute to put your tank in an advantageous spot. Please fix!

It's hilarious to watch, but it's also kind of fun to do until you realize that not only can you literally push your teammates into position, but also imagine the *roadkill* potential!

just move backward still works... no fix...
