What shall I show you here if the event was even not really started? 

Tank-Takedown Raid was started automatically, but vanished immediately, the 90 Guild Raid Tickets are gone, but we haven't received any rewards. Please sent us back the 90 Guild Raid Tickets, because it was not our plan to start this raid because we were waiting for the updated Krayt Raid.

We attempted to replicate your report on our site but were unable to find any issues. Once the Tank Takedown raids auto launched it stays available for 2 days. Please reach out to EA Help and ask them to refund your raid tickets.

Are you serious? Yes, I know that the Raid should stay for 2 days, but it vanished after 0 seconds. This is the reason why I have opened this bug report. Just setting it to closed doing nothing and just refering me to another non-responsive website does not solve the issue!

I finally reached the EA Help page you're referring too where I should log my issue. But what shall I say, the only support option which is available for me is simply sending me back to this page. 

All absolutely useless. 

But I'll tell it in your EA words:

It happened to our guild aswell. First raid after the craytloot update. HAAT auto launched stole 90 k raid tickets and disappeared.
